Noris Plastic – We impart our knowledge

Knowledge, advice, practice – seamlessly connected

Complex projects require far more than just machines and materials. You need unerring process concepts, trained teams and realistic tests to reliably bring ideas to series production. This is exactly where we support you: with tried and tested know-how, three decades of experience and a technical center in which theory is immediately put into practice. Discover how we can support your project from the initial idea through to ongoing production – in partnership, confidentially and always with your success in mind.

Support from A to Z: training courses from noris plastic.

We don’t just make our expertise available to professionals who have detailed questions – we are also on hand with help and advice when new machines are integrated into our customers’ production processes and employees need to be trained on them. We can carry out the training courses on site in our technical center, where interesting side views of other aspects of plastics production are also possible. Or at our customers’ premises, as required.

It goes without saying that our customers’ know-how remains confidential in everything we do, without any ifs or buts.

Do you need training for your employees? Then

Semi-finished product manufacturing, mechanical engineering: advice beyond the standard.

Whether it is winding cores, tubes or profiles, the optimization of material for certain physical requirements – there are so many possible parameters that can be adapted that we often find the right solution in dialogue with our customers.

The same applies to the design of single-screw and twin-screw extruders or the conception of complete plastics production lines. This is based on more than three decades of experience, in-depth practical knowledge and maximum expertise in process engineering.

Do you need advice on any of these topics?

A place for testing: the noris plastic technical center.

Since the end of the 1990s, we have had our own technical center on our company premises to test new materials and machines. We carry out such analyses ourselves or on behalf of our customers – right through to the test run of individually designed extruders, which are integrated into our customers’ production after the test and training phase.

Single and twin-screw extruders of various dimensions with different downstream equipment such as strand pelletizing or blown film units are available in our technical centre. As a rule, these are standard designs, but in order to address customer requirements at short notice, stock and system layout vary regularly.
