The production of plastic profiles is our entrepreneurial root. Over the decades, however, we have adapted and developed our products and services in line with market developments. Today, our focus in plastic processing is on winding cores, plastic tubes and plastic profiles

Winding cores & winding cores
We offer winding coreswhich are developed precisely according to our customers’ requirements. Depending on requirements, however, standard products are also available at correspondingly lower costs.
Our winding cores within the specified tolerances and offer very good concentricity properties as well as the necessary crown pressure resistance. As the body tool can be modified and used for different products, the production of individual solutions is economically feasible.
The following parameters are generally variable:
- Wall thickness from 1 mm to 25 mm
- Inner diameter from 1 inch to 6 inches
- Processing of almost all thermoplastics (PE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC) – food/pharmaceutical compliant on request
- Materials can be modified on request, for example talc-reinforced
- New goods, type goods and recyclates can be used
- Production length from 500 mm to 6,000 mm
- Individual assembly from a length of 3 mm in the cutting center with an accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm
Cable protection pipe systems
Our cable protection conduits enable you to easily expand underground electricity and telecommunications networks. At noris plastic, you will find certified conduits for a wide range of applications in both sectors.
noris cable conduits are manufactured exclusively in Germany from 100% virgin or recycled HDPE, PP or PVC using the extrusion process.
All versions can be supplied as bar stock, wound in coils (strapped with PET strapping) or on (steel) drums.

Plastic profiles
The production of profiles is precisely tailored to customer requirements. We have in-depth expertise and decades of experience in the design and toolmaking for profile production. We process almost all thermoplastics (PE, HDPE, PP, PS, PVC) and engineering plastics (PMMA, PC, ABS, TPE, PU). The weight per meter can be between 10 g/m and 6,000 g/m.

Plastic pipes
Our plastic pipes are manufactured precisely according to the individual requirements of our customers. We offer both customized solutions and standard products with economic advantages.
Thanks to state-of-the-art production technologies, we guarantee the highest precision and quality. Our tubes are suitable for a wide range of applications – from sturdy cable protection tubes to delicate tubes for medical technology purposes.
