Are you looking for a new job?
noris plastic as an employer
We are not interested in your CV –
We are interested in you!
We are looking for a motivated, curious, machine setter and plant operator for our team.
The required vocational training is important, but much more important than that is your motivation and enjoyment of the job. If you bring this to the table, we have a lot to offer you:

Honest appreciation
Good employees are very important to us. That’s why good pay, a company pension or company pension scheme, simple vacation arrangements and a good work-life balance are a matter of course for us.
Family environment
We are a well-organized, agile unit with around 30 employees. In our family business, the doors are open and the hierarchies are flat. We work in small teams so that we know each other and can work in a family atmosphere.
Individual development
The individual development of skills and talents is more important to us than a job description – so you will not be kept on your chosen path if something else suits you better. This is why career changers are also very welcome.
Good transport connections
Our location is easily accessible – the Altdorf West S-Bahn station is just a few minutes’ walk away and connects us directly to the Nuremberg area. Drivers also benefit from the proximity to the A3 and A6 highways – so you can get to work quickly and stress-free.
Do our values appeal to you?
Then let’s take the next step together!
If you are looking for a new challenge in a family-run company with future prospects, we look forward to getting to know you. At noris plastic, it’s not just what you have done so far that counts – but who you are, what you want to contribute and where you want to develop.
