Noris plastic is not a traditional mechanical engineering company – we come from the plastics production industry ourselves, so we know the pitfalls and challenges inside out. Single-screw
Extruder

Single-screw extruders from noris plastic: perfect for every requirement. Our single-screw extruders are suitable for a wide range of applications, from research extruders for the laboratory to production machines with the highest performance requirements.

Twin screw extruder

Twin-screw extruders from noris plastic: Combing or non-combing? Our twin-screw extruders are characterized by a wide range of configuration options, whereby all parameters can be adapted to the respective range of requirements.

Product variants

  • Synchronized intermeshing twin-screw extruder
  • Patented non-combing, tangential twin-screw extruder (developed in cooperation with Chemnitz University of Technology)

  • Screw diameter: 20 to 60 mm
  • Process length: Modular in increments of 4 L x D / 5 L x D or 32 L x D to 48 L x D
  • Screw speeds: 600 to 1200 min-1

Innovations

  • Twinflex: Patented innovation that combines extruder and rolling mill. Offers rotational sense and speed variability for adapting the shear rate to the material.

Whether the economic situation is uncertain, the existing infrastructure is no longer sufficient for a new project or a device needs to be thoroughly tested before it is purchased: Rental or leasing contracts create the opportunity to act with maximum flexibility and keep costs in check.
